TCL bought at Makro Centurion

I reported a faulty TV with sound but no pictures.

TCL customer service logged a call but the TV has not been checked by the technician. The technician called last week and told me that he has ordered parts for the TV but has not come to repair the TV.

The customer care centre keep on referring me to the technician and a week later nothing has happened.

The customer care centre agents are not helpful at all. I will not advise anyone to buy any TCL appliance, thier service is very bad.

I bought the TV at Makro and the sales.people at Makro Centurion are also.not helpful, he doesn't answer my calls.
