Damaged Tv

Friends this is what I'm dealing with, I got a damaged TV from TCL South Africa.. Finally when I decided to use the TV it's only like that when I tell tcl they are being rude to me

Please help me tag them so that they can see their prize that they gave me that has being at at friends place for a long time he said now they tell me it's been 30 days there's nothing they can do

The box looked opened when u received it in January but because I was excited I did t have a problem because I thought it was a display TV and that they feel generous to give it away 😔
