I need my refund please. This company is a ****.

It is the first time in my life that I was ******** by clothing_co.sa. I i saw an advert on Instagram on perfumes D&D light blue. I purchased them using payfast which said payment went through on 23/01/2024 with amount of R780 which was my last cash as I was buying for a customer. I i tried getting hold of them on all their contact channels including their WhatsApp number. Noone responded till to date. They call me back or atleast refund me. I need my refund coz it's not mine but for my customers. This company is so cruel clold and evil..i should have known what they do to please is so bad. If someone can help me to get their contact numbers. I still have my proof of payment and reference all I need is my money back
