Shocking quality and service from TCAH

We are a company that supplies PPE to the motor industry. We needed to apply DTF printing to golf shirts and TCAH said they could assist us. However not only did they print on the wrong sleeve, the logos were starting to come off the sleeves straight out of the packaging - the shirts were therefore unusable and we had to replace them at our cost. We explained the situation to TCAH sending photos of the concern. We asked for a refund and after many mails and trying to call them, they simply did not respond at all. The customer clearly is not important to them. They have good marketing, but their product and after sales services is very poor. To add insult to injury the VAT number on their invoices does not exist and we've reported them to SARS. Beware of doing any business with TCAH, you will probably regret it.
