Non-delivery cost me myy clients, my money and my trust

I placed an order with TCAH printers on 15 September and paid in full. Two months later I still have no delivery, no valid tracking number and endless broken promises. Because of their failure to deliverm I had to refund my own clients out of my pocket. Beig a very small business this has put immense finanical strain on me that I do not know how I will reover from. The trust I worked so hard to build with my clients has also been damaged. Every week I am told 'it is with the courier' or 'the tracking number is coming' but nothing ever arrives, no valid tracking number is given. I am now left with a financial loss, disappointed cliens and a business reputation I have to repair alone. I wouldnt wish this experience on anyone. Please be cautios before placing an order with TCAH Printers.
