TCA Repairs Cape Town (Helderberg, Somerset West) ******** and **********. BAD SERVICE!!!!!

We were told by our insurance company to get a contractor to fix our fridge that broke due to load shedding. I then found this local company on google. Peter and Patrick came out to fix our fridge and the fridge only worked for two weeks and started giving the same problem. We called Peter and said that he would come out and they did not, this went on for days and now weeks later, still no one has come out and keeps dropping the phone in my ear and reads my messages and wont come out to fix the problem after giving us a 1 year guarantee. His number is ********** he is such a *********** and wont recommend this company he was paid R 4000.00 to repair the problem and wont come out again. The insurance company wont send someone else out, as Peter gave us a 1 year guarantee. I don't trust them and wont recommend them at all
