Worst Service Ever

I paid the settlement amount advised and send the proof of payment in September 2019, and I've asked for a paid up letter and also the debt to be removed on my ITC report, as promised.

No one responded to my multiply emails and the ITC still not updated, and this affect my chance of getting employed, as I'm currently unemployed and looking for employment.
