Very bad service.

I am getting constant emails from them regarding an estate late. I have answered their email about four times to date. The last time was on the 21 April 2022. The email address in the email signature is not working, and it keeps on bouncing back, and I have gone to their website, and used an email address I got there. *** . Also without any luck. I have then tried to call them a couple of times. After their telephone system said I will be assisted in less than a minute, I hung up on them after five minutes holding the line. I am only trying to assist them in getting the executor details of the Estate Late, but apparently they don't want that.
