Transaction Capital Recoveries(Previous Known as MBD) - Poor Customer Service

This company put a tracer on my credit record, I phoned them three week ago, asking them to please remove the tracer, as all the accounts that they were trying to recover was all closed, and sorted, and that I can't be held responsible for their clients not keeping them updated. Again I have been promised that it takes 48 hours for the tracer to be removed, three week later it's still on my record. I mean really, it seem that getting stuff on your credit report is much easier then getting them off, or maybe it's just the companies refusing to deliver a service to customers, but then again, maybe it's because I'm no longer a customer to them and they don't feel obligated to assist me
