Transaction Capital Recoveries refusal to answer my emails

I had bad debt that was handed over to Transaction Capital Recoveries that I payed in full more that 3 weeks ago. After numerous emails I am yet to receive my payed up letter. No effort had been made to even answer my emails. The lady that I spoke by telephone was rude and ill-mannered. Luckily I have it on recording and will be taking this further.
