TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR COLLECTIONS AGENT

An agent called me from MBD. I tried coalling back to speak to a manager there but the agent that I had got through to who's name is Njabulo Ngidi said that he was working from home and the agents are not able to transfer to any managers and the manager would get back to me within this week which didn't feel like a resonable response as I wanted to lay a formal complaint, infact Njabulos customer service skills were not existant as well. An agent called me from this company on my contact number *** on the 03/02/2021 at 10:08am I know you can trace the call as they are recorded. This agent was infact looking for my mom with regards to her truworths account. I will not go into the details of the call but please look for it and listen to it. I am disgusted by the unprofessionalism and the utter disrespect from this agent. Even if one is calling to do collections you do not disrespect people like this. I have also notifed truworths of this. I am just appauled by you guys if this is what you train your agents to do
