Pathetic service

TCR has been authorized to collect a nominal amount from me on behalf of DSTV. I have received at least three smses directing me to pay via the DSTV portal or to contact them. As I have not used DSTV for four years, naturally I would like to understand why this amount is outstanding and obtain an invoice to make payment.

I have called many times and requested this information without success. I called today and the employee(s) pick up the phone, I can hear them breathing on the receiver and then drop the call. The last employee tried to do the same and had to answer me when I said that I could hear him breathing.

He said he would send my invoice and further information right away. No such luck.
