MBD unprofessional agents

I am receiving calls from agents for 2 days now after I made an arrangement for settlement on 15 Dec. Very annoying as they call you but don't speak on the phone and then drop the call. Thereafter I receive an sms saying I am avoiding their calls. Unprofessional !! Then I get charged for these smses and calls...
