Harassment by Transaction Capital Recoveries (aka MBD)

This company does not deserve any rating whatsoever! I keep receiving calls and messages, at least 4 times per week, for a Mr Price account for a woman by the name of Ouma, on my number. The last straw was when they sent me an email on Friday. I have clicked on the links to the SMSes, called the company and sent an email asking them to delete my details from the system, because I AM NOT OUMA!!!!!!!!!!! When I called on Friday, the consultant said this Ouma person lives in Zola and is born in 1994. I have never lived in Soweto and I am at least 12 years older than this woman. I have had my cellphone number and email address for more than 10 years. I have never had a Mr Price account. The consultant mentioned that there is no email address on the system, so please help me understand how I received an email!? This morning I received an SMS which I promptly deleted because I have had it. This afternoon I received a call again, and the consultant mentioned which bank I bank with!?? Where in heavens name do they get one's details and what is so difficult about deleting my details from the system? Pray, tell what more should I do in order to get my details removed? This is the most inefficient company ever and they should reconsider training a few of their consultants, namely Precious.
