Drone issue still not resolved
I got married in 2020 October, I paid for a package that included a drone for my wedding. TC production team members came without a drone at my wedding, while i requested and paid for a package with a drone. I lot happened between us that made me unhappy, for now I will focus on the drone issue. I was promised a while back that I will be refunded for the drone issue. It's 2023 now I'm still waiting to be refunded. I really feel disrespected by these guys honestly.

02 Feb 2023, 14:22Hi Mandisa, The initial agreement was that you will get a photoshoot , You put that photoshoot on hold because you were pregnant. So at this stage, i am worried and very much concerned when you write this because from where i am, Im waiting to hear from you because no one from the office refused to refund or to do the shoot.

Ya'll suggested that we do a photoshoot, We did not agree on a photoshoot, we requested our refund. There was no agreement on a photoshoot. And please don't say you've been waiting for me to respond. I've been communicating with Charles regarding the refund. Why did he request for my banking details on the 22 of June 2022 if there was no agreement regarding the refund?
Also I don't remember myself falling pregnant nor informing you guys that "I'm pregnant" that's news to me. I'm actually very shocked to find out that I was once pregnant without me knowing. Ya'll try to cover ya'lls tracks with such lies. How do you even begin to tell a lie about someone being pregnant.....
