3 months down the line STILL no Repairs!!

Following a car accident i had in June i had my car taken to TC Panelbeaters in Wynburg, Sandton. The car was returned with a missing cap on my handbreak and the paint work was shoddy and needed to be redone following an assessment with my insurance company (1st for Women). I have been calling TC Panelbeaters in Wynburg, Sandton since August and have to date still not had the repairs to my vehicle seen to nor been called back to arrange a suitable time for the car to be repaired. I find this totally unacceptable! This is very unprofessional and i would not recommend their services to anyone!
