i contact them for a quotation for balustrades and a glass panel for my shower.

i paid the following 90% deposits R 17 578.20 ON 29/2/20 AND R 7065 0n 13/3/20

then the excuses start. since 29/2/2020 I did not receive any of these items. 16/3/2020 message from Thys and Chrissi we are not finish so we cant install on the 17/3/2020.

when the covid story started there was many excuses like on the 20/3/2020 our workers is not back at work they start lockdown before it even started.

On the 20/3/2020 I told them I want my money back or proof that they order the stock they did not give me any proof or my money back.

On the 20/3/2020 Chrissi let me know the workers is not going to come back to work they are afraid of there health

on 29/5/2020 we are only going to work on level 2 we did not get any permit to work.

On the 15/6/2020 I send them a email where they can get a permit to work and they still did not start to work.

So the story go on and we are on level 1 and still nothing.

Message from Thys and Chrissi to our attorney :we don't have any money to do your stuff, take us to court we don't have anything.
