DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Shocking service.

I am a supplier of wedding invitations. TBZ sent a representative to see me about selling their cards. I bought the display books at a cost of R2500 and was promised updated display books when new cards were available, my details to be displayed on the website, updated stock and price lists and to be listed as their representative in the Vanderbijlpark area. I have since been told that they no longer import cards, I have not had a new display book for years, I am not listed on their website, I am not even spoken about when you phone to find a representative in the area and have only once received a updated price list and available stock items. When I phoned to tell them I would be sending the display books back and to ask for my money back they laughed me off and refused: Saying that a war in Syria was not their fault and they could not get cards anymore. I find this shocking!! They have offered me a service, I have paid for the service and now I am stuck with display books that I can not use. As far as I am concerned they are in breach of contract. I have phoned several times and get ignored. Shocking service and a total ripoff.....
