TBN Auto - Our car is no fixed :)

So after we purchased our car from TBN auto, we realised that there were a few faults and thought that we would experience a few issues around trying to get these issues resolved. To my surprise the DP/ Owner personally got involved and fetched our vehicle. Our airbag connection under the seat had a dry connection with intermittent contact and this was corrected by an airbag specialist at CV Master who also cleared the fault display on the dash computer. There was also a shudder diagnosed on the steering & brakes. For the steering they did wheel balancing and then skimmed the brake disks to sort out the shudder in the brakes. The steering wheel was originally dyed but was also coming off, so instead of just dying this again, they removed it and reupholstered my steering wheel with leather. We even had a few scratches on the rear bumper and they took it upon themselves to assist by washing our car and polishing the rear bumper to remove the scratches. They also arranged for a loan car so that I could still get to work and back! I really appreciate everything that you guys did, to make sure that we are happy with our purchase, but most of all, making sure that we feel more safe, while driving.
