Great service until you actually leave with the car! We bought a Toyota Fortuner from them, beginning Feb 2019 and we have been experiencing problems ever since!! Before we left on the day that we collected the car, I asked when we will be receiving our license disk as the car still had the temporary license on it. Lee told me proudly that it would be ready to collect in about 2 or 3 weeks time. I phoned them last week asking about my disk as it has now expired and I am on my way to DBN and he told me that I need to go and do it before I leave, myself. This is after we pay them a license and registration fee!! No-one even bothered to phone me, to tell me this!! I told him that I can't drive like this and that I need their assistance to sort this out. His response was "It is what it is and I need to do it, they can't" They cannot do anything to assist. Also, my SRS light keeps coming on. I wanted to take the car to Toyota as I have a 2x year extended warranty. Only to find out when speaking to Toyota Bedforview, that my car is still registered under someone else's name?? When I phoned Lee to find out what's going on, I was told that I can only take my car to them. All the way back to PTA, but none the less, we did it. They apparently did a diagnostic on the car and told my husband that this light will continue coming on as it's just one of the things that the Fortuner's do??? They actually showed my husband how to play with the wires to switch the light off!!! My husband is trying to explain to me that this is ok but I don't believe it!! If your airbag light stays on while driving... are you not going to be scared that it deploys while you are driving?? I'm just struggling to believe a word of this! Before we bought the car, I also asked for all the scratch marks on the dash, to be fixed and for the steering wheel's rubber to be fixed. I received a photo the next day where Lee said that it has been fixed up. When we went to fetch the car, it really looked fixed? Guess what... Whatever they put on there, is already coming off!!!
