TBA Designs - Run from this plague

It is difficult to know what to write about a situation where one has had $1,000 ****** from one by an individual working for TBA Designs for a direct email campaign which after seven weeks never happened; one's request that the money be returned is refused then threats are made against one's (UK-registered!) business and its website.

Sean Liebenburg is the individual concerned. An *********, scheming, habitual **** who possesses not a shred of either professionalism or basic honesty. HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH TBA DESIGNS!
