Wedding memories ruined

Its 11 months since I have been waiting for me to get the products I paid for. The people have been giving excuses upon excuses until a few months later where the guy actually told me that he lost my wedding video. We literally had to be running after them. I am still waiting for my wedding photo album after I threw some threats at the guy he eventually told me six months later that he did not have money etc. but he is going to have my things ready. I am still waiting today it's a month before my wedding. I texted his partner to at least give us a refund, the guy read my message and never responded.

On the day of my wedding the people rocked up late. Again, full of excuses. They said were going to be a team of two one on the groom side and the other on my side. I did not get that. I had to send my brides****s the whole time to call them because they were alternating between the rooms. I did not get shots I requested for. The guy was to a certain extent rude. He was making his problems my problems. I tried to be understanding but i'm now fed up.

I got a two-minutes video (highlight) not in the promised timeline. The video had a background song which was not the song i sent him. I asked him to redo the stuff because i was not happy. It took him another month to do it. Long story short, i just received a very horrible service and my heart bleeds every time i look back to my wedding day. I am all about pictures and videos. I at least have online pictures but i am still waiting for the video, USB and photo album. I can never redo this day. The amount of money i paid and the end service received does not align.
