TB DRESS - WARNING - MISSING GOODS BAD SERVICE

i Ordered 2 dress from TB Dress on the 7 July 15 I chose the super saver delivery which stated that the delivered would be made to me in 12-14 days.this never happened. i then contacted there customer service department and spoke online to Yuki Yang She told me that my order is on the way and i would receive it soon.Weeks had passed and still i had not yet received my order so i contacted the customer service department again, this time i spoke to Fiona, she told me that my order was on its way and i should be patient. she also mentioned that i am waiting this long because i chose the super saver delivery method. I then told her that i chose that method because online it said that the delivery time would be 12-14 days which i was prepared to wait. at this time i had been waiting for 46 DAYS!. 4 weeks later i received an sms from the postoffice, stating that i have a parcel to collect. the parcel was from them. I had to pay for customs fees! when i opened the package only ONE dress was delivered! to date the other dress hasnt been delivered. TB Dress is shocking, they are amateurs, China city in Crown mines have better dresses and for half the price. and you dont need to pay customs
