**** ABOUT DELIVERY TIME

Ordered a dress online on 20 July. Delivery I paid for ships within 10-14 days. By 27 July the order was still processing. I would be moving on 8 August. After contacting the office and waiting another five days, they told me it was still in quality control and it would take 12 days to ship still. If I wanted it sooner, I would need to pay for faster shipping. Seeing as they **** to me, they need to pay for the extra shipping
