INCORRECT DELIVERY DATES

They do ask for addresses and now suddenly after my 2nd order they are not even aware why they asked for my address as they say they do not deliver but send it straight to the post office.

So why do they need my address as a Shipping and Billing address and why do I pay these amounts to receive it to my door????

Very poor service even the support staff is clueless!
