Disgusted by new owner’s level of service and false information provided by staff

Tazkia under new management currently is falsely providing information on the phone and insisting on adding extra prices when customer arrives. I made a booking for a special that they are running which was R320 and I confirmed with the lady on the phone twice upon making this appointment by asking her if this included the soak off and she agreed that it did. After completing the treatment of gelish on hands and feet for the special of R320, the current owner ****am insisted on adding on R100 for soak off when I informed her that her staff confirmed that the special included the soak off. She was impatient and rude and still insisted that I pay the additional soak off amount. I had also done glitter polish ontop of my gelish nails which she wanted to further charge me on when I usually get the glitter on the top for one or two nails added for free on my gelish nails at any nail salon I have been to. She insisted that it was nail art and referred to the two colors I used as color blocking when I have never heard of such at any other well done stablished nail salons. This was a complete ******* and I advised her to pls have telephone calls recorded considering she didn’t want to believe her staff had misinformed me. She point blank rep**** that wasn’t necessary. Utterly disgusted by the level of service by the owner and will advise anyone I know to not support this business which will be under a new name month.
