My son's pants

I think I was too quick to judge. My apologies . Today i went back to the shop . I found another lady that was at the reception not the one I met yesterday. This lady was very sweet and apologised for my bad experince . She spoke to the manager , the manager promised to replace my son's pants by Sat because they are going to wait incase someone return them .

The whole thing taught me to calm down first before I act .
