complaint

GOOD DAY

I am having a big problem with a company called aluminum they were suppose to fix my window and i showed them the picture and what had happened they told me no problem they will fixed it for 600rand.

they came and the did a half done job the window was not opening and it was not done correctly,i then asked them to come finish what they had started,they then told me that i should find a ladder for myself and i asked them once i spay for that ladder you will not charge me again,they told me that i would have to pay again.

i then told them that that is not what we had agreed upon. i do not understand you say you fix broken windows but how can a company fix a broken window without a ladder.

I have been ****** and i need help.
