BE VERY CAREFUL
I paid deposit for quoted work. Mr Smith did not arrive on agreed date of 1st October. We agreed he would pass refund, to-date no refund (two weeks has passed), just stories and commitments not met. Be very careful as I have to follow legal route for recourse.
