In the past I always used Taylor Blinds whenever I needed to install blinds but without paying attention to their service. The last time I used them was more than 12 years ago. I recently decided to install new blinds and since I’m only fami**** with their product, I called them.

I battled to place an order because they didn’t have samples in what I wanted but I was willing to wait. After waiting for 3-months (Incl. Lockdown) I placed an order with Anton Mostert, a very warm and friendly sales consultant. Taylor Blinds promised to install the blinds within 7- working days (during Lockdown period). I reduced my expectations because of many disappointments when it comes to lead times. To my pleasant surprise, I got a phone call within 6-working days that they are ready to install the blinds. Not only did they exceed my expectation on time, they also gave me a discount on blinds.

There was a minor issue with one of the blinds and before I even noticed it, the installers informed me that they will return the blind to the factory. It took them only 3-days to bring back well fitting blinds.

After I paid them I realized that I overpaid. I sent them an email explaining the overpayment, with invoice and proof of payment, I got my refund within two working days with no hassles.
