Excellent Service- Taylor Blinds and Shutters

Sometimes we get excellent service and companies that go that extra mile at no additional cost and they never really get the recognition for it. I wish to share such an experience I had with Taylor Blinds and Shutters.

My son-in-law gave me Shutters removed from a upmarket place. As I had a Sunroom built, I was going to install it there. Firstly it did not fit as the height was to short and the length was not enough. I had to find out who the original manufacturer of the shutters was and after extended research ended up with speaking to Meagan Galant of Taylor Blinds and Shutters who confirmed they were the manufacturers. What a friendly interaction it was, we even found out we live in the same area. That very same day she arranged for the Sales person, Terence Davids to visit our home to check if the Shutters can be used. Terence made such an effort to accommodate us by coming after hours in his busy schedule to give us advice. He gave us an in-depth explanation of what can be done to accommodate the used shutters and gave us a very reasonable price for the additional new shutters. He even offered that the used shutters will be brushed over to make it like new and blend in with the new shutters. He even gave me a quote for complete new shutters to compare prices. We opted for the lesser price according to our budget.

It was not even a few days passed when I was contacted by Ms Beradina ****son to say she has my order and that manufacturing is in process. I could not believe I was once again speaking to someone I knew and we grew up together in the same area and attended the same church. Beradina ****son has always been very friendly always smiling person and she complements Taylor Blinds and Shutters perfectly. What a lovely prrson. Just on a week the Shutter Administrator, Ms Tania Franke called to confirm my Shutters will now be installed. The Shutter Installer, Mr Byron Nagel and his assistant came as planned and installed the Shutters and perfectly accommodated the used shutters which looked like brand new. The adjustments that needed to be made blends in perfectly and it looks like it had to be that way. All this excellent service and perfect job I got for the most reasonable price and was even offered additional after sales service. Taylor Blinds and Shutters needs to be commended and this and it has to be made public. This type of excellent service is unheard of! Thank you Taylor Blinds and Shutters.
