All round excellent service-repair &new product

Two of my blinds broke after many years of use and after phoning around, Taylor Blinds was the only company that responded positively - they sent out a consultant free of charge to check if it is a Taylor Blind product. The consultant came out within a day, phoning first to check whether it would be a convenient time. The repair team replaced the blinds within the week and pricing was reasonable and clear.<br> About a year later I purchased a security door. The same consultant did all the measurements, follow ups, checking status of our building work, printing diagrams for the builder to follow etc. He arranged his installation team to meet my building team so the installation went smoothly. He had patience when we had building delays and kept in touch w.r.t. the progress. <br> His installation time was predictable and the team efficient and friendly. What impressed me most is that they put down cardboard sheets on the new flooring surface, in order to ensure no damage by their tools etc. <br> All round very happy with their service, promptness and professionalism.
