Absolutely outstanding service and product

I made my best investment by having Taylor Blinds install French shutters in my home in 2009. Their product is outstanding, and I have had not a single problem since their installation. <br> I recently noticed that one set were a bit floppy, and not staying at my preferred angle. I had an immediate response to my e-mail. Three of their men arrived this morning, showed me how to tighten them up in future, and did a super job for me.<br> Every single member of staff that I have dealt with in the past 6 years have been professional, pleasant to deal with, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to have in my home.<br> I would have no problem in recommending this company to anyone who wants to use their shutters. I have never had better service from any company that I have dealt with.
