Shocking!

I’ve been living at Taylins View Complex for just a month, and there have already been three break-ins in three weeks. Despite this alarming situation, nothing meaningful has been done to improve the security.

Residents are required to pay a monthly security deposit, yet the cameras don’t work, and there’s no dedicated security presence for the new phase. When concerns are raised, the Phase 1 body corporate insists they have nothing to do with the new phase’s security, leaving residents without clear accountability or action.

The only existing “security measure” is that Phase 1 guards patrol the perimeter of the estate at night, which does nothing to protect residents within Taylins View.

It’s unacceptable to pay for safety and receive no functional security, no communication, and no reassurance. Until the management and developers take responsibility and implement working cameras and proper security for all phases, I cannot recommend Taylins View to anyone seeking a safe, well-managed complex.
