Unauthorised debit order - Taylin

Received sms to notify me of debit order for membership with Benefits4U however I did not register with this company nor did I provide my banking details. After attempting multiple contact numbers and speaking to multiple intermediaries, I eventually got a hold of a consultant at Taylin who are based in Durban. Unfortunately she could not explain how my "membership" came into being. Despite the guarantee to cancel and receiving a reference number, the debit order went through on December 15th.

Please review your bank statements for amounts less than R100, I noticed a similar complaint earlier this month.
