I requested a ride for my blind boyfriend on my app, my credit card details were already loaded on the app and I had specifically called the driver and told him that the ride will be cash.

This nice ********* decided to charge my credit card and still took R50 from my boyfriend as the ride was supposed to be cash.

my question is why take the R50 if you know that you going to still charge my credit card.I am so disappointed in how you took advantage of my boyfriends disability.

this is going to be reported to the disability board if SA as well..
