worst taxify experience

I had the worst week of my life because of a ride I took for the 1st time with taxify. Firstly The driver I got was smelling of alcohol but that was not the worst to come. My phone got flat so requested to charge it during the ride but I unfortunately forgot to take it when I reached my destination. I only realised later then I tried to get the company's contacts so I could report but all the listed numbers were not reachable I then sent an email which was responded to after a day by Sivu she gave me the details of the driver I then called him and asked him where my phone was to my surprise he denied everything and dropped my call I called him again he dropped my call again I then asked my brother to call him with his number it's only then when he heard a man's voice that he agreed that he had my phone. He then promised to call back which he never did till I called again he told me I must stop harassing him and that it's not his fault I left my phone in his car. I then asked him how can I get it back he told me he will bring it when he has a trip coming to my area which never happened till the 5th day I made means to get it through a friend who met up with him in PTA when I finally got my phone all my info was deleted he had opened my locked phone by restarting it I lost a lot of information including my airtime he even had the nerve to make airtime advance on my account I'm appaulled mostly by the response I got from his supervisor who didn't see anything wrong with his actions instead they blame me of being harsh to the driver I will never ever use this service they are the worst ! !
