Worst Service! Worst!

Stinking service from their customer care center! They have deducted money from my account and now claiming its a ride I took in 2017, I have booked rides in 2018 and 2019 now suddenly I owed them for 2017 ride!

The service agent telling unable to answer how my other payments were processed over the 2 years and now suddenly I owe a 2017 ride!

I want my money back! They are giving me lame excuses!
