Worst Service Ever!!!

<p>I left my phone on the back seat of a Taxify cab and the driver claims to not have seen it. Two days later my partner was using Taxify and paying by card and the driver said that he needed cash because he didn't have petrol. These two incidenances happen in the same week. Taxify needs to do something about their drivers. Bad service is bad, but theft is unecceptable. I regret ever leaving Uber. They have the best service, friendly and reliable drivers. My collegue left her laptop in a Uber cab and she got it back with no issues.</p> <p>I have the police handling this now, but I just wanted to warn people about their atrocious service. Worst part is that the lady at Taxify didn't seem to give a damn. She just kept saying "Please let me know if you need anything further". I AM APPALLED!!!</p>
