Worst Service and No response from Company.

Very disappointing in your service where i have been emailing your company several times for assistance where a driver charged me a cash payment only for my account to go off a few minutes later, i tried calling the driver back more than 3 times and he did not respond, i want answers as too why i still haven't been assisted and driver not answering my calls when he knows that he was at fault.
