Worst customer service ever

I have been using Bolt Taxify to go to work since the beginning of this year And the pricing has always been R43-55 depending on the traffic on the way, Some mysteriously bolt debited my account an amount of R136.00 my work place is 9 minutes away I don’t understand how did go from R43-55 To R136.00 Unfortunately i can’t get hold of bolt Taxify for clarity my heart is so because I trusted them.
