Won’t Help Me Recover My Phone

I left my phone on the Bolt after I asked the driver to please put it next to his gear console. I tried numerously to get help from bolt, from sending email to sending Facebook as well as Twitter Direct Messages with no assistance. I use that phone for work and everything is on it. No phone numbers to call to recover the phone. Worst service ever, to think I’ve spent thousands of rands using their service, never again.
