Website doesnt do its job/No contact Number

All I need are two receipts for trips taken, the emails are not coming through to be and upon handing then in I get reimbursed for the rides. Can someone please help me?? Why in EARTH dont you have a contact number?? Do you have any idea how much time and money this is costing me??
