Was debited twice

My account was debited after it showed insufficient funds then i paid cash an hour later of which my account was then debited with the same amount so i have paid 360 for 1 trip this is unexceptable i then used taxify again today if which the driver cancelled then my account was debited again this is so unfair i have contacted them for both days and i get no reply or feedback of them i want my money to be transferred back to my account and will surely not use this service again
