WANT MY MONEY BACK

My very first trip with you was estimated to max R280. The driver decided to take an extra long route and then R405 was deducted from my account. I spoke to one of your advisers the very next day and was told I would receive my refund. This is more than 2 weeks ago and still I await my refund or even a response to my several messages I have sent your "support" team. I am disgusted and so disappointed in myself for choosing taxify instead of Uber!!!

I am going to take this to the Ombudsman. I cannot be begging for my OWN money and a mere response!
