Violent taxify driver

On Friday the 2nd I requested a Taxify ride from my place to a friend's place a few streets away. It was getting dark ,the time was about 18:30. The driver arrived and took me to my destination. I asked him for the bill and he gave it to me. Then I asked him to give me a minute to call my friend to open the gate as it was late and not safe for me to wait outside. While I was calling my friend he started to drive off with me in the car. I asked him where he was taking me and he told me that he's taking me back to where he found me since I was taking my time to pay. I explained to him that I was willing to pay I just calling my friend, a call that would have taken seconds. He didn't want to hear it so he locked the doors and continue to drive. I told him I was going to report him for what he was doing was wrong. He told me to go ahead and report him. He kept swearing at me with valgur words I cannot repeat then in the middle of a dark road he suddenly stops, unlocks the door and told me to get out of the car. As I was getting ready to do just that he for out of the car ,opened my passenger door and pulled me out of the car and pushed me to walk in the opposite direction the rating to beat me up. I had to wait in the dark road scared and stranded until another uber came to fetch me. I sent through a complaint to Taxify regarding this incident twice already and I have not been responded to. This driver is dangerous and cannot continue to drive people around with that kind of temper, violent behaviour and a foul mouth. I feel this matter needs to be taken seriously as other peoples safety is at stake. We can't only do something about violent people after someone dies or gets hurt in their hands when we can deal with it before the worst happens. I have all the details regarding the driver , car details and a picture of him which I can provide upon request. This kind of service is unacceptable.
