Violent and disgusting behavior by driver

I had requested for my sister at Protea Gardens who also has a bolt account *** but couldn't use it upon reaching the driver I got a call from my sister whom advised that this driver was extremely very rude and advised that he had been waiting for a very long time and showed her that he waited 56 seconds and also wanted her to pay cash even thou I did a card payment, she got in da car then thr driver started swearing kept screaming FOETSEK!! and harrasing her because she wasnt the one hu requested and dropped her off same time I am very disappointed because we alwys use Bolt n have never had such pathetic n disgusting behavior from drivers he was extremely rude n violent. It's very unfair that we still get charged R10. 00 for canceling while the guy was 1 one who was extremely rude guy clearly shows that he was never trained on how to treat customers we alwys request for other family members also but bow we have lost trust because we a being treated like trash for services we pay for!! Please deal with this guy disciplinary action must be taken what kind of driver goes around harrasing and swearing women???
