Very Very Poor Service

Good day. Lets start with the sayng "you get what you pay for" this was my experience. I chose the PLUS service as I can afford the ride, so i name my location "24 Blinkwater Street Tafelsig M'Plain and the the driver "Ryan" stops on Spine Road as his map in his car shows I'm at a bus stop. I explain that my updated APP shows exactly where he was supposed to collect me and he becomes offensive and I said but you thn need to update your maps because clearly there is a problem. I question the fare and he replies we'll see when we get there. That was fine with me. Then he plays music he likes and I had not reecommended it or did I enjoy it. This was the most umiliating trip I have ever eperience. I will not make se of such an incompatant server provider thats maps is not updated and there representation of such a poor calibur that thinks music corrects whats wrong.
