VERY UNHAPPY

On Thursday I had such a bad experience with taxify. I booked a simple trip from bellville to Woodstock and the driver took 2hrs to get there then when in to unsafe areas, missed the turn offs, doesn't know how to use a GPS, the driver didn't want help. He double charged me. I told the driver he was making me free uncomfortable & he told me to be quite.I sent alot of emails to the Cape town office but they still haven't rep**** me. So they stole my money and they have an unsafe driver on the road.
