Very Bad service ever from taxify

Taxify known as Bolt this days, i requested for a ride for 3rd time till i find the close driver then when we got to my destination, the driver doesn't have change and he told me that ahhh ul get it next time, i if i was gonna use that cash to pay my ride home? Then today the same thing happens again, the reason i took the ride is because i was late and the driver decides lets stop and look for change....what was the use of me taking an taxify as i could've taken a bus, then we wait at the ****a shop tor him to look for change while i am getting late this is unacceptable service ever :-(
